Eligibility: All former GM Dealers who retained Cassels Brock & Blackwell: that sent to CADA the form attached to the May 4, 2009 or the May 13, 2009 memo which CADA sent to the dealers for this prupose; and /or sent funds to CADA prsuant to the May 4, 2009 or the May 13, 2009 memo; and Saturn dealers.
